• A-Grade: These mattresses have been returned due to damaged packaging, incorrect size selection, or the 100-Night Trial. They remain in perfect condition with no damage to the product, though some may have minor aesthetic imperfections on the inside.
• B-Grade: These mattresses show signs of light use but still look great. They may have minor marks on the foam or inner cover, but the integrity and quality of the foam remain as good as new.

Purchasing your Dream-On mattress is straightforward and flexible. You can buy online using a Credit Card or through an EFT payment.

For those within a 50km radius of our warehouses in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we offer delivery at an additional charge of R350.

We release mattresses for delivery or collection once the full payment is confirmed. Keep in mind, immediate EFT payments might take up to an hour to show in our system, while standard EFT transactions could take a couple of days.

We offer delivery within a 50km radius of our warehouse for a fee of R 350. Please keep in mind that Dream-on deliveries typically fall within a 5 – 10 working day window.

You’re welcome to opt for self-collection directly from our warehouses in Cape Town or Johannesburg, Free of charge. Do consider, however, that the products are unboxed, which may affect their fit in your vehicle. Plan accordingly to ensure a smooth pickup.

The first 24 months are covered by a full factory guarantee against faulty workmanship and faulty materials. If, after inspection, the product is found to be defective, Sloom will either repair or replace the product. This does not include normal wear and tear or customer abuse.

Sloom mattresses bought through Dream-on will be covered by a 10-year Service Warranty. This is not an indication of the life span of the mattress as many factors play a role in how long it will last. But rather a pro-rated service to repair or replace your Sloom in case of a manufacturer’s defect. Mattresses sold through Dream-on are not for the purpose of making profit, but rather to support charitable organisations. Thus, a reduced service warranty is offered compared to the 25 year service warranty if bought new.

A mattress or bed frame can be returned for a refund within 7 days, but a service fee of R1,000 will be charged.

No returns are allowed on used Bedding.

The refund extends to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase must be provided. This can be nullified if:

• The product is found in an unsanitary/stained/burnt/torn, or dirty condition. (If the mattress is purchased as a B-grade, please take photos of any damage on the day of purchase)
• The product has been abused or damaged in any way.
• An inappropriate foundation is being used.
• The person sleeping on the mattress weighs more than the weight limit of that mattress.

No item can leave the warehouse before the payment reflects.

Due to the high demand for our Sloom products, especially those offered at reduced prices during the Dream-On sale, our stock tends to sell out quickly. Given the limited availability, we’re unable to offer a waiting list or reserve items.
